Norman and Sandy always do beautiful work. Whenever I send flowers to my mom in Hays, I choose Regeena’s, and the bouquets are always perfect. I love how they send a picture via email for the sender! Their store is also wonderful, with unique finds every time we’ve visited. They also created the floral arrangements for my dad’s funeral services a few years ago, and their work was one of the things that brought a smile to our family’s faces during a very difficult time.
