It was absolutely a wonderful experience! My husband does not shop, but we both agreed later, that the 2-hours we were there flew by. I was needing a special chair for my neck, shoulders, and back and with Karen's help I found it. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and she lets the furniture sells itself.
