History

Hello, & welcome to our website! I'm Kayci Schumacher and I am the owner of Wedding Connections + Events here in Hays, Kansas.

I started my business in 2008 to give clients the event they visioned, without the upfront costs of purchasing all items at retail cost. We have expanded with also offering decorating service to those that would like to enjoy the day without all the stress of all the details that go along with planning an event.

I have always had three dreams since I was a little girl; wife, mother, and business owner. Since opening my doors in 2008, my wonderful clients have made this possible for me & my family. 

I married Jeremiah Schumacher in 2003, and we have 5 beautiful children (Ben, Ella, Jack, Max, and Oliver). Two common questions I hear often is, "Are you crazy?" and "How do you do it ALL?". Yes, at times it is busy (crazy busy :)), and I don't do it all. I have a wonderful dedicated staff that helps this business succeed.
