Founded in 1967 Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization serving both children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For more than 50 years, DSNWK has held the philosophy that all people should have the right to live and work as independently as possible, regardless of their differing abilities. DSNWK serves more than 500 individuals with mild to severe developmental and intellectual disabilities in communities throughout the 18 counties of northwest Kansas. DSNWK offers a variety of programs to meet their needs including Service Coordination, College for Living, Employment Connections, Creative Living, Access Transportation, Health Services, Children and Youth Services and more. DSNWK also proudly offers Custom Creations as an outlet for the individuals we serve to connect with the community.
