Verdant meaning luscious greens, excessive grassland, and luxury vegetation. We wanted something that described Hays, Kansas and Chefs passion for fresh and locally picked produce. Verdant Bistro is a locally owned and Chef operated restaurant & catering business under AGourmet LLC. Our mission is to help educate the community about local ingredients and unique flavors that have been long overlooked in Ellis County.
