Regeena's Flowers & Events has been delivering innovative fresh flower designs since 1997.  We were recently awarded the City of Hays Small Business Achievement Award for 2024 and the Best of the Best Florist in Hays.  Relocated to the our new location on "The Bricks" of Downtown Hays, we pride ourselves in providing original floral designs with the highest quality of flowers for everyday occasions, weddings and special events.  Inside our boutique, we offer a wide selection of gifts, home accents, seasonal decors, candles, bath and body products, home fragrances, hostess gifts and anything else that we just fall in love with. 

Norman Keller, Owner & Designer has been designing in the floral business for 35+ years and has earned membership into The American Institute of Floral Designers.  He credits his attention to color and detail to his years of formal training in the arts.  Norman's right hand girl and wife, Sandy is the business manager/organizer of the store.  Most days you will find their four legged helpers Rylee & Pip hanging out at the store and greeting customers.  Together they have a great team of associates to help out in the store with daily orders, weddings and special events.
